What does a growth manager do?
Your growth manager is your named contact at Webtec. They learn your business, review your numbers every month, recommend what to improve next, and coordinate our designers, SEO and AEO specialists and developers to do the work you agree. They answer for the roadmap.
What happens in the monthly meeting?
You and your growth manager look at what changed in your numbers, what was shipped since the last meeting and what it did, and the opportunities ahead. Together you agree the priorities for the coming month.
What work is included in my subscription?
Growth work that your growth manager recommends and you agree is included at no extra charge. It runs through a prioritised roadmap, so the most valuable work comes first and the rest follows in order. It is a plan you shape together, not a promise of unlimited work delivered at once.
How are the plans different?
Growth Manager is the core relationship: a dedicated manager, monthly meetings, a roadmap and recommended growth work. Growth Manager + Website adds a complete new website. Growth Manager + Local SEO/AEO adds a focus on local discovery, especially your Google Business Profile and reviews. Growth Manager + AEO is our full AEO service, broader than the local plan. Each plan's exact scope is agreed in your consultation.
Do you build a new website, or improve the one I have?
Both. If your current site is a sound base, the Growth Manager plan improves it. If it needs replacing, Growth Manager + Website includes a complete build, followed by improvements every month.
What does a request outside the plan cost?
Requests unrelated to growth are charged separately: $199 for up to 10 hours, or $139 per hour, in USD before applicable taxes. Your growth manager tells you before anything is charged.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Growth work compounds. Search visibility, content and conversion improvements take months to build and measure, and a year gives enough time to plan, act and learn properly. Every subscription has a 12-month minimum term.
Why do prices say 'from'?
Each price is the starting point for its plan. The consultation establishes what your business needs, and that scope sets the final monthly price, which you see before you commit.
Can you guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers?
No. Nobody controls Google's rankings or what AI tools say, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. We follow search engines' published guidance, improve the things that influence visibility, and show you what changes.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees on any subscription.
